Our recruitment process involves an initial screening interview with case study followed by subsequent interviews and more in depth testing to evaluate a potential recruit’s fit and ability.
We are seeking analysts who:
- have excellent English language skills.
- have strong skills in analysis and synthesis coupled with information search and aggregation.
- are recent graduates with qualifications such as CA or MBA.
- have 1-5 years of work experience in investment banking, research, consulting or related fields. (However, fresh graduates with strong academic credentials are also encouraged to apply).
- able to work independently and interact with clients of the company.
- are keen to develop their understanding of the Indian and global energy and environmental sectors
- have a keen desire to develop skills such as expert level financial modeling, company valuation, asset analysis etc.
- have a valid passport and drivers license
Applicants must be able to develop an understanding of sector trends, question business model validity, growth strategies, management capabilities etc. Analysts will be expected to research and develop specific energy related business plans giving them a chance to learn our focus sectors and prove their abilities.
